Jackie Frankson joins us as a parent, former teacher, and administrator. After retiring from the Navy, she moved to Wyoming from Virginia in 2013.
Jackie's passion is advocating for families of students with disabilities to ensure they have every opportunity and resource to succeed in life.
Krystyne is a parent of two, a former special education teacher, and a caregiver for individuals with special needs. She has been with the Parent Information Center since October 2022. She is passionate about improving the lives of families in Wyoming through various parent training opportunities and community outreach.

With degrees in Elementary and Secondary Education and Creative Writing, Ayni is passionate about fostering growth and building connections. As an OPL for the Wyoming Parent Information Center, she is excited to support families, educators, and communities in creating positive outcomes.

As a mother of five and former PIC client, Laureena is eager to work with families across Wyoming. With degrees in Early Childhood Education, Professional Child Development, and a Master's in Education, she offers valuable experience in both physical and virtual classrooms to the parents that she serves.
Tier 1 Support & Training
Crystal provides general support, guidance, resources, and training to families across the state. Her mission and vision are to ensure that all parents have the comprehensive understanding and essential resources needed to advocate effectively and confidently for their children’s unique educational needs.
