Join Us for the 2026 Parent Information Center Annual Confer

Theme: Stronger in the Classroom and Beyond

Are you a parent, caregiver, or educator of a child with disabilities? You are not alone, and this conference is designed especially for YOU! Join us for an empowering day of community, connection, and collaboration as we navigate the journey of special education together.

Whether you attend in person in Cheyenne or join us virtually, this is your chance to gain valuable tools, hear from incredible speakers, and connect with other families who truly "get it."

What to Expect:

  • Inspiring Keynotes: Featuring Keynote Speakers Christine Manning, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA (Manning Behavior Services) and Comedian Dominic Syracuse (Cognitive Behavioral Theater).
  • Crucial Topics: Deep dives into behavior in schools and caregiver mental health.
  • Networking & Resources: Connect with local organizations and resources at our vendor tables.
  • Event Perks: Lunch and snacks are provided for all in-person attendees, plus exciting raffles and prizes throughout the day!
  • Continuing Education: PHP will be applying for PTSB and STARS credits for in-person attendees.
  • Financial Assistance: Scholarships are available to help make this event accessible to everyone. (Contact phpinfo@wpic.org for details).

Bring your family to the conference for free!

Youth & Children Welcome!

We have received questions about childcare, and we want to be fully transparent. While we are unable to provide official childcare services due to insurance and space restrictions, we want your youth and children with disabilities here! This is a relaxed, judgment-free environment where your family can come exactly as you are.

FREE Tickets: All youth 18 and under can attend for completely free when they register with an adult!

Important Safety Note: For safety and supervision, all youth must stay with their parent or guardian at all times during the event.
