Jennifer Figenser joins us as a parent, former teacher, and administrator. Jen grew up on the Western Slope of Colorado, later returning there to teach and serve as an instructional facilitator and assistant principal.

These past 14 years Wyoming has become home, with service as an elementary principal and an assistant director at a nonprofit.

Jen and her husband Greg have been married 24 years and have three children. She enjoys landscaping, gardening, skiing, reading, and pasta. Struggling herself in school, being retained, and raising a daughter with special needs and talents, Jennifer hopes to bring new enthusiasm to our longstanding, respected organization.

Krystyne Ethridge joins us as a parent, former special education teacher, and caregiver for individuals with special needs. Krystyne was born and raised in North Texas where she went to school and began her teaching career. During this time, she was a fierce advocate for children with special needs and provided caregiving services for many in her community. In September 2021, the Air Force called Krystyne's Husband of 3 years, Tyler, to move their family across the U.S. to Cheyenne, Wyoming. Shortly after the move, Krystyne and Tyler welcomed a little baby girl, Lorelei, into their lives. She enjoys teaching others, playing violin, cooking, drinking coffee, shopping at Target and spending time with other young moms in the community. Krystyne is very excited to work with such a great organization and to help improve lives of the many families here in Wyoming!

  • Lucas looks forward to your call. He lives in Rock Springs and especially likes to help teenagers and their parents with transition planning.
